RETURN / REPAIR POLICY
Return Authorization Numbers Are Required On ALL Returned Merchandise! Return Authorization Numbers may be obtained by contacting our office with your return information. Most merchandise purchased from 2GetItNow.com or 2BuyItNow.com that is initially defective within 30 days of purchase is eligible for replacement. If the product is defective on delivery, it must be returned intact (i.e. with all parts, adaptors, decorator box and instructions.) We will only replace the items returned.
The problem must be specified when the defective item is returned. It should be shipped PREPAID to the address given when the Return Authorization Number is obtained. Please insure all returns at full value, including shipping charges.
2GetItNow.com / 2BuyItnow.com is not responsible for returns not received. All return authorizations not received within 60 days of being issued will be cancelled.
You will be charged a 25% restocking fee for any working / non-defective items returned to us. To be eligible for refund, items and packaging must be received in new and re-sellable condition. Rugs have a 50% restocking charge.
** NOTES **
1) When returning items with batteries, please remove the battery from the item before returning the product.
2) We do not offer warranties on items sold. On most items, the manufactures warranty will be in the package or owner's manual supplied with the product.
